高职学生核心能力培养及评价体系研究--以酒店管理专业为例

     

摘要

高职教育承担着培养专业化人才的重任,模块化课程体系可以培养学生的基本知识和技能,顶岗实习可以强化学生职业素养。评价酒店业人才培养效果需从六方面进行,包括工作活动评价、相关知识评价、基本能力评价、工作品格评价、职业能力评价和工作环境评价。通过发放问卷、电话访谈和实地调研,得到六方面知识和能力的重要性排序,这对酒店业人才培养的理论教学和实践教学具有一定参考和启示。%Higher vocational education takes on the responsibility of cultivating professional talents. The modular curriculum sys⁃tem can cultivate the basic knowledge and skills of students, while internships can strengthen students’professional qualities. Evalu⁃ation of hotel talents cultivating effects can be carried out from six aspects, including evaluation of work activity, related knowledge, basic ability, work quality, professional ability and working environment. Through the issuance of questionnaires, telephone inter⁃views and field surveys, the order of importance for the six aspects of knowledge and skills are obtained, which provides reference and enlightenment for the theory and practice teaching in the training of hotel industry talents.
