英国职业院校创意设计类专业教学质量保障研究--以英国当卡斯特学院为例

     

摘要

英国职业教育的质量意识非常强烈,质量保障体系完善健全,具有内外结合、从学生的角度评价教学和管理、侧重发展性评价等特点。创意设计类专业教学质量保障主要由自我评估报告和质量改进计划两份文件控制,评估内容和标准非常清晰,评估结果刚性应用又进行人性化处理,注重质量提升。通过建立多方参与的教学质量保障评估系统,努力形成内部质量保证机制和外部质量评价机制,综合应用连续性、多样化的考核方式,保证教学质量。%The quality consciousness of vocational education in Britain is very strong, and quality guarantee system is perfect, with characteristics of combination of inside and outside, evaluation of teaching and management from the perspective of students, and fo⁃cus on developmental evaluation, etc. Teaching quality guarantee of creative design specialty is mainly controlled by self-assess⁃ment report and quality improvement plan. The assessment content and standard are very clear, while evaluation results are rigid and humanized processing to focus on quality improvement. Through establishing the assessment system of teaching quality guarantee participated by multi parties, the internal quality guarantee mechanism and the external quality evaluation mechanism are formed and assessment ways of continuity and diversity are applied to guarantee the quality of teaching.
