新建本科院校发展高等职业教育路径探索--大学、政府、社会三位一体

     

摘要

基于高等教育与职业教育的发展现状及所处政策环境,以新建本科院校发展高职教育在内涵归属、培养目标及社会责任三方面的契合性为切入点,科学定位新建本科和高职院校教育,在此基础上提出新建本科院校发展高职院校教育的路径,即形成普通教育与职业教育的贯通机制,同时基于利益相关者理论,从政府、高校及社会等角度提出了相应的对策与建议。%Based on the current development situation and policy environment of higher education and vocational education, this pa⁃per begins with the analysis of conjunction between new undergraduate colleges and higher vocational education in the three aspects of connotation, training target and social responsibility, and makes scientific orientation of new undergraduate and higher vocational college education. On the basis of the analysis, the path to develop higher vocational education by new undergraduate colleges is put forward, that is forming cut-through mechanism of general and vocational education. In the meantime, based on the stakeholder the⁃ory, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of government, universities and society are put for⁃ward.
