“5S”管理法在高职院校机电类实训室中的应用--以杨凌职业技术学院机电学院为例

摘要

在阐述“5S”管理内涵、理念和意义的基础上，提出在高职院校中推行“5S”的做法，介绍使用“5S”管理后实验室各项目的明显改善，预见“5S”在推行后期遇到的问题，提出了运用“5S”管理理念来加强和改善高职院校机电类实验室的管理，以达到提高管理效率、培养学生良好实验素质的目的。%Based on the explanation of the connotation, concept and the significance of 5S management, the paper puts forward the practice of implementing 5S in higher vocational colleges. The paper introduces the improvement of laboratories after applying the 5S management, and predicts the problems of 5S in the late implementation. It puts forward that applying the concept of 5S manage⁃ment can enhance and improve the management of mechanical and electrical laboratories in higher vocational colleges and achieve the purposes of improving management efficiency and cultivating students’experimental qualities.
