基于理念的高等院校发展战略定位研究技术路线

摘要

The technology roadmap for the analysis of strategic growth positioning determines the rationality and the science of institutions of high education. It is also the key for the classified management and healthy growth of these institutions. The ar-ticle analyzes the concept -based technology roadmap ,thriving to reflect the development concept through technology roadmap in positioning planning ,as to effectively guide and implement the strategies in real practice. The technology roadmap includes that for the analysis of external environment and internal condition ,of overall strategy selection and concise extracting of mis-sions. A case study of an investigation of positioning planning of a chosen college is put forward.%高等院校发展战略定位研究的技术路线决定着战略定位的合理性、科学性。本文分析带理念的技术路线，力求院校发展理念能够通过技术路线在定位规划中得以体现，在实践中能产生有效的引领和推动战略落地，包括外部环境与内部条件分析的技术路线、总体战略选择与使命凝练的技术路线，最后给出一个院校定位规划研究案例。
