高效液相色谱法测定复方参芪五味咀嚼片中人参皂苷Rg1含量

摘要

目的 建立复方参芪五味咀嚼片中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil-C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20:80),检测波长为203 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1.结果 人参皂苷Rg1浓度在2.50～17.50 μg·mL-1间线性关系良好,平均加样回收率94.55%,RSD＝1.3%.结论 该方法准确,重复性好,可用于复方参芪五味咀嚼片中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定.%Objective To establish a determination method for Ginsenoside Rg1 in shenqi wuwei chewable tablets.Methods Dikma Diamonsil-C18( 200 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was used in HPLC detection . The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water( 20 ∶ 80) ,with a flow rate of 1 mL · min -1 ,detection wavelength at 203 nm and under room temperature .Results There was a good linear relationship for Ginsenoside Rg1 in range of 2. 5-17. 5 μg·mL-1 , the average recovery rate of astragaloside was 94. 55％ and RSD was 1. 3％ . Conclusion This method is accurate , reproducible and sensitive,which can he used for the quality control of compound shenqi wuwei chewable tablets.
