Objective To study on the optimum proportion allocated in the supplementary material of the compound xueya'an sustained-release tablets. Methods The orthogonal design was used to optimize the concentration of hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose , lactose and microcrystalline cellulose in the compound xueya'an sustained-release tahlets under three levels test and assess the results . Results The hest formulation of the compound xueya'an sustained-release tablet was composed of 30% hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose , 30% lactose and 30% microcrystalline cellulose. Conclusion The compound xueya 'an sustained-release tahlet made under the formulation shows ideal sustained -release outcome and the process is simple .%目的 确定复方血压安缓释片辅料的合理配比.方法 用正交实验对羟丙基甲基纤维素、乳糖、微晶纤维素3因素,每因素取3水平进行实验,对实验结果分析评价.结果 复方血压安缓释片缓释材料最佳配比是:羟丙基甲基纤维素、乳糖、微晶纤维素各30%.结论 该辅料配比制备的复方血压安缓释片具有理想的缓释效果,且制备工艺简单.
