精神疾病治疗进展(四):阿尔茨海默病

摘要

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是最常见的痴呆类型.目前尚缺乏有效延缓和阻止AD病程进展的药物.该文概述AD的治疗药物进展,主要包括症状治疗药物,控制精神行为症状的药物和其他治疗药物;同时对非药物治疗略作阐述.临床上希望通过早期诊断、早期干预、联合治疗以期减轻AD的病情和延缓病程发展.%Alzheimer's disease ( AD) is the most common type of dementia. Currently, there is a lack of drugs that could effectively slow and halt the progression of AD. The present review describes the advancements in the treatment of AD, mainly including drugs for symptomatic control, drugs that control the behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia, and some other drugs for AD and the non-pharmaceutical treatments. It is hoped that early diagnosis, early intervention and comprehensive therapy could relieve the symptoms and slow the progression of AD.
