In order to solve the problems of high cost,large dosage and low efficiency of chemical phosphorus removal,we studied the influence of fly ash based polysilicate-aluminum-ferric flocculant on the phosphorus removal rate of simulated phosphorus wastewater,determined the best amount-of-substance ratio of aluminum-ferric-silicon and the optimum dosage of flocculant by means of orthogonal test and SPSS statistical analysis.The results showed that,when (Al+Fe)/Si was 3,Al/Fe was 2 and the dosage of flocculant was 40 mg/L,the phosphorus removal effect of self-made flocculant on simulated phosphorus wastewater was the best,the concentration of phosphate was reduced from 1.5 mg/L to 0.164 mg/L,the removal rate was 89.1%.Under the same dosage conditions,the concentration of phosphate was reduced to 0.193 mg/L and 0.218 mg/L respectively by using polymeric ferric sulfate and polymeric aluminum chloride.%为了解决目前化学除磷成本高、用量大、效率低等问题,采用正交试验法和SPSS统计分析法,研究了自制粉煤灰聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂对模拟含磷废水磷去除率的影响,确定了最佳铝、铁、硅物质的量配比和絮凝剂用量.结果表明:(Al+Fe)/Si为3、Al/Fe为2、絮凝剂用量为40 mg/L时,自制絮凝剂对模拟含磷废水中的磷去除效果最好,磷酸根质量浓度从1.5 mg/L降低至0.164 mg/L时,去除率达到89.1%;相同用量条件下,聚合铁和聚合铝将模拟废水磷酸根浓度分别降至0.193 mg/L和0.218 mg/L.
