基于HandyScan三维扫描仪的农业机械零件修复技术

     

摘要

本文以破损的农业机械塑料零件为例,利用手持式激光扫描仪HandyScan对零件表面进行点云数据采集,并利用逆向设计软件对点云数据进行参数化处理生成CAD模型,进而通过光敏树脂3D打印技术完成塑料零件的制造。%In this paper, damaged agricultural machinery and plastic parts were taken as examples, collecting point cloud data on the part surface using hand-held laser scanner HandyScan, and the point cloud data were parameterized CAD model generated by reverse design software, and then through the manufacture of photosensitive resin 3D printing, plastic parts were finished.
