手术室隐私保护在妇科患者截石位手术中的应用

摘要

Objective To discuss the effect of privacy protection displaying lithotomy position in gynecological surgery by privacy nurse.Methods 120patientswhowereunderwentlaparoscopicsurgeryinlithotomypositionwereselectedfromOctober,2012toDecem-ber, 2013, and according to the time of admission they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Routing nurse care of the displaying lithotomy position was used in the control group, and privacy nurse of the displaying lithotomy position was used in the observation group.Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and the postoperative satisfaction of nursing service before placing position and after placing position were compared.Results The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate of the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group ( P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than in the control group.Conclusion Privacy nurse in displaying lithotomy position can reduce surgical stress response and improve the satisfaction of nursing service.%目的：探讨手术室护士对妇科手术患者在截石位手术实施隐私保护的效果。方法选择2012－10～2013－12间需手术体位为截石位的120例腹腔镜手术患者，按入院时间随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规截石位摆放护理，观察组在此基础上实施隐私保护护理干预。比较两组患者体位前与体位后的收缩压、舒张压、心率及护理服务术后满意度。结果观察组的收缩压、舒张压及心率在体位摆放后的均值显著低于对照组（ P＜0．05）；观察组的满意度明显高于对照组。结论妇科截石位手术中隐私保护措施能够减轻患者的手术应激反应，提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
