Objective: To discuss the treatment effectiveness and the best method of nursing in fiexible bronchonbierscope to treat bronchial tuberculosis with ateletasis. Method :72 patients with bronchial tuberculosis with atelectasis were randomly divided into two groups, 36 patients were control group and other 36 patients were treatment group. The control group adopted routine chemotherapy. Based on the routine chemotherapy ,the treatment group using fiexible bronchofiberscope to fixing the diseased region. After a course of treatment,then determined efficacy and summaried the nursing path. Result:The excellent rate and total effective rate of treatment group were higher than control group, there was statistical significance between the two groups( P<0. 01 ). Conclusion: Using flexible bronchofiberscope can improve the recovery rate of bronchial tuberculosis. Sufficient nursing preparation in preoperative and effective nursing combination during the therapy, rigorous nursing observation in postoperative are the key to successful treatment.%目的:探讨纤维支气管镜治疗支气管结核合并肺不张的治疗效果及最佳护理方法.方法:将72例支气管结核合并肺不张患者随机分为对照组36例和治疗组36例.对照组按常规化疗.治疗组在常规化疗的基础上,应用纤维支气管镜对病变部位进行治疗.治疗1个疗程后,判定疗效并总结护理体会.结果:治疗组的显效率、总有效率平均高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:应用纤支镜治疗可提高支气管结核的治愈率.术前充分的护理准备及治疗过程中有效的护理配合,术后严密的护理观察是保证治疗成功的基础和关键.
