体外受精-胚胎移植足月妊娠胎盘形态学变化

摘要

Objective To compare the change of placental morphology between term pregnancy placenta after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) and normal term pregnancy placenta in order to provide theoretical basis for the researches about perinatal outcome of pregnancy after IVF-ET. Methods The results of HE stain were quantitatively detected by true color pathology image analysis system, and the changes of placental ultrastructure in the two group were observed under the electron microscope, and the weight of placenta and neonate was recorded for both groups. Results There were significant differences in the placental villi area density, the blood vessel number in placental ending identified by light microscope and electron microscope between the two groups ( P ＜ 0. 05 ), however, there were no significant differences in the weight of placenta and neonate between the two groups ( P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion The changes of placental villi structures after IVF-ET may be caused by the imbalance of various kinds of hormones and cytokines in vivo after IVF-ET.%目的 通过比较体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)足月妊娠胎盘与正常足月妊娠胎盘形态学的差异,为IVF-ET围产结局的研究提供理论依据.方法 通过真彩色病理图像分析系统对2组HE染色结果进行定量检测,并在电镜下观察比较各组胎盘的超微结构变化,记录2组胎盘与新生儿重量.结果 IVF-ET组胎盘在光镜下和电镜下胎盘绒毛组织定量分析比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组胎盘重量和新生儿体重比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 IVF-ET胎盘绒毛结构变化可能由于IVF-ET过程中体内各种激素、细胞因子之间平衡紊乱所致.
