目的 观察健脾固肾止遗方合并耳穴贴压疗法治疗小儿遗尿症的效果.方法 80例小儿遗尿患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组40例.观察组采用健脾固肾止遗方口服配合耳穴贴压疗法,对照组单纯用耳穴贴压疗法.2组患者治疗疗程均设为1周,本次研究共治疗4个疗程.随访6～8周.结果 健脾固肾止遗方合并耳穴贴压治疗小儿遗尿症效果较单纯应用耳穴贴压治疗明显好转,总有效率与对照组比较明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后3个月内,观察组患儿复发率较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后梦中遗尿、烦躁、夜寐不安、神疲乏力等症候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 健脾固肾止遗方并耳穴贴压对治疗小儿遗尿症有效,能有效减少患儿遗尿次数和遗尿量,改善其睡眠深浅的程度,临床疗效显著,不良反应少.%Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Jianpigushenzhiyi prescription combined with auricular point sticking on infantile enuresis.Methods Eighty patients with infantile enuresis were randomly divided into observation group (n =40) and control group (n =40).The patients in observation group were treated by Jianpigushenzhiyi prescription combined with auricular point sticking,however,the patients in control group were treated by auricular point sticking only,with a treatment course of 4 weeks and 6 ～ 8-week follow up for both groups.Results The therapeutic effects on infantile enuresis in observation group were superior to those in control group,moreover,the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After 3-month treatment,the relapse rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Moreover the symptoms scores of nocturnal enuresis,restlessness,restless night and fatigue in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Jianpigushenzhiyi prescription combined with auricular point sticking has definite therapeutic effects on infantile enuresis,which can effectively decrease the frequency of enuresis and enuresis volume,improve sleeping degree,with fewer adverse reactions.
