清肺消痤汤治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效及对患者皮脂分泌、免疫球蛋白和性激素水平的影响

摘要

目的 观察清肺消痤汤治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效,以及其对患者皮脂分泌、免疫球蛋白(Ig)及性激素水平的影响.方法 将134例寻常性痤疮患者按随机数字表法分为2组.对照组67例予维A酸乳膏治疗;治疗组67例在对照组基础上加用清肺消痤汤治疗.2组均治疗4周后统计疗效,比较2组治疗前后皮脂分泌、IgG、IgA、IgM及性激素指标卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平变化情况.结果 治疗组总有效率92.54%,对照组76.12%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05);2组治疗后前额皮脂分泌水平与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P＜0.05),且治疗组治疗后前额皮脂分泌水平明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);2组治疗后仅IgG水平与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P＜0.05),且治疗组治疗后IgG水平低于对照组(P＜0.05);2组治疗后FSH及LH水平与本组治疗前比较均明显增加(P＜0.05),女性患者治疗后T水平较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05),且治疗组治疗后FSH及LH水平均高于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗组女性患者治疗后T水平低于对照组女性患者(P＜0.05).结论 清肺消痤汤治疗寻常性痤疮疗效确切,可明显减少前额皮脂分泌,降低IgG水平,升高FSH及LH水平,降低女性患者T水平,提高临床疗效.%Objective To observe the effect of Qingfei Xiaocuo decoction combined with vitamin A acid cream on the treatment of acne vulgaris and its effects on sebum secretion,immunoglobulin (Ig)and sex hormone levels. Methods 134 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups according to random numb-le table method. 67 patients in control group were treated by vitamin A acid cream. 67 patients in treatment group were treated by Qingfei Xiaocuo decoction on the basis of the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment,the curative effect was compared.. The levels of sebum secretion,IgG,IgA,IgM and sex hormone indexes,such as FSH,LH, T and E2,were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 92.54% in the treatment group and 76.12 % in the control group. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the con-trol group (P＜0.05). The secretion of prefrontal sebum in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the group before treatment (P＜0.05),and the concentration of forehead sebum secretion in the treatment group was sig-nificantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). The levels of IgG in the two groups were significantly low-er than those in the group before treatment (P＜0.05),and the IgG level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05). The T level of female patients was significantly lower than that before treat-ment (P＜0.05). The FSH and LH levels in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). The T level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Qingfei Xiaocuo decoction combined with vitamin A acid cream is ef-fective in treating acne vulgaris,which can significantly re-duce the secretion of forehead sebum,reduce IgG level,in- crease the level of FSH and LH,reduce the T level of female patients,and improve clinical efficacy.
