血栓通注射液对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛血小板活化功能的影响

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of Xueshuantong injection on platelet activation of coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods 90 cases of coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in two groups received secondary prevention of coronary heart disease treatment. 45 patients in treatment group received Xueshuantong injection, 500 mg, intravenous infusion once a day. The course was two weeks in two groups. The changes of symptoms, GMP - 140, rest ECG were observed before and after treatment. Results There was significant difference between two groups on GMP - 140 after treatment ( P ＜ 0.05 ). There was obvious difference between two groups on the total effective rate of ECG and clinical symptoms ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion Xueshuantong injection can improve platelet activation of coronary heart disease angina pectoris, myocardial ischemia and relieve clinical symptoms.%目的 观察血栓通注射液对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)心绞痛血小板活化功能的影响及临床疗效.方法 将CHD心绞痛90例随机分成2组.均予冠心病二级预防治疗,治疗组45例同时予血栓通注射液500 mg,每日1次静脉滴注.2组均以2周为1个疗程,观察治疗前后症状、GMP-140指标及静息心电图变化.结果 治疗后治疗组GMP-140指标与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组.2组心电图疗效总有效率、临床疗效总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组.结论 血栓通注射液能显著改善CHD心绞痛血小板活化功能,改善心肌缺血,缓解临床症状.
