督脉温灸养生保健内衣干预亚健康阳虚质疲劳状态的临床研究

摘要

Objective To observe the health pretection of the life cultivation and health preservation under-wear with governor - meridian moxibustion on sub - health fatigue with Yan - deficiency type. Methods 87 patients with sub - health fatigue of Yang - deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups. 34 in control group were dressed in casual clothing,and 53 cases in intervention group were dressed in the life cultivation and health preserva-tion underwear with governor - meridian moxibustion,continuous intervention for 12 weeks,and all patients received 12 weeks follow - up. The observation schedule including the conversion score of Yang - deficiency type,fatigue scale(FS - 14)and short form 36 health survey questionnaire(SF - 36)were observed in two groups. Results The conversion scores of Yan - deficiency type after 12 weeks follow - up were decreased in intervention group as compared with those in before intervention(P < 0. 05). The conversion scores of Yang - deficiency type after inter-vention and 12 weeks follow - up in intervention group were lower than those in control group(P < 0. 05). The scores of FS - 14 after intervention and 12 weeks follow - up in intervention group were decreased as compared with those in before intervention(P < 0. 01),and lower than those in control group at the same period(P < 0. 05). The scores of FS - 14 after 12 weeks follow - up in intervention group was lower than after intervention(P < 0. 05). The scores of physical function,vigor,role emotional and mental health after intervention and 12 weeks follow - up were increased in intervention group(P < 0. 01),and the increase was obviously higher than control group at the same period(P <0. 01). The score of vigor after 12 weeks follow - up in intervention group was higher than after intervention(P <0. 01). Conclusion The life cultivation and health preservation underwear with governor - meridian moxibustion has health protection effects on sub - health fatigue with Yang - deficiency type.%目的：观察督脉温灸养生保健内衣对亚健康阳虚质疲劳状态的养生保健功效。方法将87例亚健康阳虚质疲劳状态患者随机分为2组，对照组34例予健康宣教，干预组53例在对照组基础上穿着督脉温灸养生保健内衣，干预12周，随访12周。观察2组阳虚质转化分评分变化，并采用疲劳量表（FS -14）和生存质量量表（SF -36）进行评价。结果干预组干预后12周阳虚质转化分较干预前降低（P <0.05）；干预组干预后及干预后12周阳虚质转化分均低于对照组（P <0.05）。干预组干预后及干预后12周 FS -14评分较干预前均降低（P <0.01），且均低于对照组同期（P <0.05）；干预组干预后12周 FS -14评分低于干预后评分（P <0.05）。干预组干预后及干预后12周生理职能、精力、情感职能、精神健康积分均升高（P <0.01），且明显高于对照组同期（P <0.01）；干预组干预后12周精力积分高于干预后评分（P <0.01）。结论督脉温灸养生保健内衣对亚健康阳虚质疲劳状态有良好的养生保健功效，值得推广应用。
