清热除湿化瘀汤联合西医常规治疗小儿湿热夹瘀型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察清热除湿化瘀汤联合西医常规治疗小儿湿热夹瘀型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效及皮疹改善情况.方法 将52例湿热夹瘀型过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为2组,对照组26例予芦丁片、维生素C片常规治疗,治疗组26例在对照组治疗基础上加用清热除湿化瘀汤治疗.2组均治疗7d后统计疗效,并观察2组治疗前后主症、次症积分,以及治疗前、治疗5d、治疗7d皮疹评分.结果 2组愈显率和总有效率比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).2组治疗后主症及次症评分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),2组治疗后主症及次症评分均降低.2组治疗后主症评分组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组降低优于对照组.2组治疗后次症评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).2组治疗5、7d皮疹评分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),2组皮疹评分均降低.2组治疗5d皮疹评分组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组低于对照组.2组治疗7d皮疹评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 清热除湿化瘀汤联合西医常规治疗小儿湿热夹瘀型过敏性紫癜疗效确切,有助于皮疹改善,可缩短病程.%Objective To observe the clinical effects of Qingre-chushi-huayu decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment on the treatment of allergic purpura with moist heat and blood stasis syndrome inchildren and the improvement of rash.Methods 52 children of allergic purpura with moist heat and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.26 cases in the control group were treated by of Rutin tablets and vitamin C tablets.26 cases in the treatment group were treated by Qingre-chushi-huayu decoction on the basis of the control group treatment.The curative effects were evaluated after treatment 7 d in two groups.The changes of main symptoms and minor symptoms before and after treatmen and the scores of rash before and after treatment 5 d and 7d were observed.Results There was no statistical difference on the markedly effectiverate and the total effective rate between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).There were statistical differences on the scores of main symptoms and minor symptoms between before and after treatment in two groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the scores of main symptoms and minor symptoms after treatment reduced in two groups.The reduction of main symptoms after treatment in treatment group was superior to that in control group with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference on the scores of minor symptoms after treatment between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).There were statistical differences on the scores of rash between before and after treatment 5 d and 7d reduced in two groups with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of rash after treatment 5 d in treatment group was lower than that in control group with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference on the scores of rash after treatment 7 d between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Qingre-chushi -huayu decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment has exact effects on allergic purpura with moist heat and blood stasis syndrome in children,it helps improve the rash,can shorten the course of the disease.
