补心气汤治疗冠心病合并抑郁症疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察补心气汤治疗冠心病合并抑郁症的临床疗效.方法 将64例冠心病合并抑郁症患者随机分为2组,对照组32例予西医常规治疗,治疗组32例在对照组治疗基础上应用补心气汤治疗.2组均治疗4周后,比较2组治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化,比较2组心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、中医症状疗效、抑郁症疗效及不良反应发生率.结果 2组治疗后HAMA评分、HAMD评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05).治疗组心绞痛总有效率87.50%,对照组75.00%;治疗组心电图总有效率87.50%,对照组71.87%;治疗组中医症状总有效率84.37%,对照组75.00%;治疗组抑郁症总有效率93.75%,对照组78.12%;2组总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、中医症状疗效、抑郁症疗效均优于对照组.治疗组不良反应发生率6.25%,对照组9.38%,治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 补心气汤治疗冠心病合并抑郁症临床效果显著.%Objective To observe the clinical effects of Supplementing heart-Qi decoction on the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) with depression.Methods 64 CHD patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (n=32) was treated by conventional western medicine and the treatment group (n=32) was treated by Supplementing heart-Qi decoction.The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) between before and after 4 weeks treatment were compared in two groups.The effects of angina and electrocardiogram (ECG), the curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptoms and depression, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between two groups after 4 weeks treatment.Results The scores of HAMA and HAMD after treatment were decreased in the two groups (P<0.05), and decrease in treatment group was more significantly (P<0.05).The total effective rate of angina in treatment and control group was 87.50% and 75.00% respectively, the total effective rate of ECG was 87.50% and 71.87% respectively, the total effective rate of TCM symptoms was 84.37% and 75.00% respectively, and the total effective rate of depression was 93.75% and 78.12% respectively.The effects of angina, ECG, TCM symptoms and depression in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in treatment group (6.25%) was lower than that in control group (9.38%, P<0.05).Conclusion The Supplementing heart-Qi decoction has significant curative effects on the treatment of CHD with depression.
