上海地区公共建筑采用排风热回收装置的节能性

         

摘要

采用全年逐时动态模拟计算方法,计算了上海地区各类公共建筑采用排风热回收装置的全年节能量、风机耗能量、运行费用节省额及相应的投资回收期.根据计算结果,分析总结了各类公共建筑设置排风热回收装置的节能性、经济性和可行性,并进行了各因素的敏感性分析.研究结果表明,各类建筑热回收系统的节能性基本一致,其经济性则由运行风量和运行时长确定,其中出租率对热回收装置的经济性影响最大.%With an hourly dynamic simulation method,calculates the annual energy saving amount,fan energy consumption,saved operating cost and corresponding payback period of the exhaust air heat recovery systems for different types of public buildings in Shanghai.According to the calculation results,summarizes the energy saving,economy and feasibility of the exhaust air heat recovery equipment,and carries out the sensitivity analysis of each factor.The results show that the energy saving effect is similar in the different types of buildings,and the economy is determined by air rate and operating time,in which the occupancy rate has the greatest impact on the economy of heat recovery equipment.
