基于RE-AIM框架的健康素养干预系统评价

摘要

This paper evaluated the health literacy intervention systematically based on RE-AIM framework. Twenty-four literatures were included in the study. The results reported the average level of each dimension of the RE-AIM framework. The average level of accessibility, effectiveness, acceptance, implementation and persistence was 90.3%, 75%, 36.1%, 72.2% and 50% respectively. The average sample was almost 920. One in four of the intervention studies were worthy to be generalized.%检索健康素养干预文献，利用RE-AIM框架进行系统的健康素养干预的评价。结果共纳入相关文献24篇，RE-AIM框架各维度平均水平分别为：可及性=90.3%、有效性=75%、采纳性=36.1%、实施性=72.2%、持续性=50%，平均样本为920人，1/4的研究干预形式值得推广。
