公立医院财政投入绩效评价指标体系研究

摘要

在界定公立医院财政投入及其绩效的基础上,结合江西省数据,构建了一套公立医院财政投入绩效评价指标体系,包括一级指标4个、二级指标11个、三级指标33个.各项指标通过一致性检验,实证结果与实际基本相符.说明指标体系具有一定科学性,能为各级政府和相关部门加强公立医院财政资金管理提供参考依据.%A set of evaluation index system of financial investment performance in public hospital was constructed based on the defining fi-nancial investment and its performance in public hospital and combining the data of Jiangxi Province. The evaluation index system included four first-class indexes, elven second-class indexes, and thirty-three third-level indexes. Through consistency test, the empirical results were basi-cally consistent with the practice situation, which suggested that the index system is scientific and can provide reference for governments at all levels and related departments to strengthen the management of financial funds in public hospitals.
