Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with cervical cancer and its influence on survival quality.Methods 100 cases with cervical cancer in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to the operation methods, the control group was given open surgery, and the observation group was given laparoscopic surgery, compare the operation effect and survival quality of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, hospital stay and postoperative exhaust time in the observation group were shorter, lymph node dissection was more, peroperative bleeding was less and catheterization time was longer, the difference was statistic significant, P ＜0.05.Compared with the control group, FACT-G scores in the observation group at 1, 2, 3 years after operation were higher, the difference was statistic significant, P＜0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has significant clinical effect in patients with cervical cancer, it can effectively improve survival quality of patients.%目的 分析宫颈癌患者进行腹腔镜手术治疗的临床效果及其对患者生存质量产生的影响.方法 2013年2月至2015年2月选取我院收治的宫颈癌患者100例,以手术方式为依据分为两组,对照组行开腹手术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜手术治疗,对比两组手术效果以及患者生存质量.结果 相较于对照组,观察组住院时间、术后排气时间更短,淋巴结清扫数更多,术中出血量更少,但留置尿管时间较长,差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05);相较于对照组,观察组术后1、2、3年FACT-G评分更高,差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 宫颈癌患者进行腹腔镜手术治疗的临床效果显著,能有效改善患者生存质量.
