组蛋白去甲基化酶LSD1的发现揭示了组蛋白赖氨酸的甲基化与其他化学修饰如乙酰化、泛素化等一样，是动态调节的过程。 LSD1控制基因转录的激活和抑制以及p15、p19、p21、p53等抑癌基因的活性，在癌症的发生和发展中起着重要的作用，是一个潜在的抗癌药物开发靶蛋白。%Objective Histone demethylase LSD1 findings revealed that histone lysine methylation and other chemical modifica-tions such as acetylation,ubiquitination and so on,is a process of dynamic adjustment. LSD1 control of gene transcription activators and repressors and p15,p19,p21,p53 tumor suppressor genes such activity,plays an important role in the development and progression of cancer,is a potential anticancer drug development target protein.
