儿童肾小管性骨营养不良的临床X线诊断

摘要

Four children cases of osteodystrophy due to renal tubular disorders consisted of three of renal tubular acidosis and one of Fanconi’s syndrome were reported. Osteodystrophy due to renal tubular disorders in children can be easily misdiagnosed as pituitary dwarf or pitui -tary diabetes inspidus because it often manifestes growth retardation and diabetes insipidus clinically.Radiological examination plays an important role in diagnosing this disease by detecting rickets changes of the bones.
