Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of cystic intestinal duplication in children. Methods The clinical and ultrasonic data of 19 children with cystic intestinal duplication confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the 19 patients, 14 were diagnosed as cystic intestinal duplication by ultrasound correctly before operation, 3 were misdiagnosed, and 2 were missed. The diagnostic accordance rate was 73.7%. The typical ultrasonic features of cystic intestinal duplication included two blind ends. The cystic wall showed three layer structure of "strong-weak-strong", which was the same with the normal intestinal wall. The cystic wall showed blood signal and clear fluid of cystic. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound has a high detection rate and specificity, which can be used as the first choice for detecting cystic intestinal duplication in children.%目的 探讨高频超声对小儿囊肿型肠重复畸形的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析我院19例经手术病理证实的小儿囊肿型肠重复畸形的临床及超声资料.结果 19例中,术前超声诊断正确14例,误诊3例,漏诊2例,诊断符合率为73.7％.典型囊肿型肠重复畸形两端均为盲端,囊壁显示为强-弱-强三层结构,与正常肠管壁相同,囊壁可见血流信号,囊液清晰.结论 高频超声对小儿囊肿型肠重复畸形的检出率高,特异性较强,可作为术前诊断及术后随诊的首选检查方法.
