血清BNP、cTnI及心肌酶谱水平检测在心力衰竭患者中的应用价值

摘要

目的 探讨血清脑钠肽(BNP)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)及心肌酶谱水平检测在心力衰竭患者中的应用价值.方法 选取2010年8月至2012年4月于本院进行治疗的58例心力衰竭患者为观察组,同期进行体检的58名健康体检者为对照组,将观察组不同分级及类型患者和对照组患者的血清BNP、cTnI及心肌酶谱水平进行检测及比较.结果 观察组患者血清BNP、cTnI及心肌酶谱指标均高于对照组,且NYHA分级高者水平高于分级低者,混合性心衰及收缩性心衰者高于舒张性心衰患者(P均＜ 0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论 血清BNP、cTnI及心肌酶谱水平检测在心力衰竭患者中的应用价值较高,可以有效反映心衰的具体情况.%Objective To study the application value of the detection of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), Cardiac Troponin I (cTnI) and myocardial enzyme in patients with heart failure. Methods Fifty-eight patients with heart failure in our hospital from August 2010 to April 2012 were selected as observation group, and 58 healthy individuals undergoing physical examination at the same time were selected as control group. Then the serum BNP, cTnI and myocardial enzyme were detected and compared between the two groups. Results The levels of serum BNP, cTnI and myocardial enzyme were all significantly higher in the observation group than the control group, in patients with higher NYHA grade than patients with lower NYHA grade, as well as in patients with mixed heart failure and systolic heart failure than patients with diastolic heart failure, all with P<0.05. Conclusion Detection of serum BNP, cTnI and myocardial enzyme has great application value for the patients with heart failure, which can effectively reflect the specific situation of heart failure.
