目的:探讨血管生成抑制蛋白1(VASH1)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)、口腔白斑(OLK)和口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)中的表达及意义。方法免疫组织化学染色SP法检测60例OSCC、20例OLK、20例OLP及20例正常口腔黏膜(NOM)中VASH1的表达情况,采用SPSS19.0软件对结果进行统计学分析。结果(1) VASH1蛋白在OSCC组织中的阳性表达率和染色强度随组织分化程度的降低而呈增高趋势(P<0.05),并且在中、低分化的鳞状细胞癌中的表达明显高于白斑,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2) VASH1在白斑中的表达明显高于正常组织和扁平苔藓,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3) VASH1在扁平苔藓与正常组织的表达情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(4)口腔鳞癌组中VASH1在有淋巴转移组的表达明显高于无淋巴转移组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VASH1蛋白可能与口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展及转移有关。%Objective To explore the expression of vasohibin1 (VASH1) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), oral leukoplakia (OLK), oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VASH1 in 60 cases of OSCC, 20 cases of OLK, 20 cases of OLP and 20 cases of normal oral tissue. SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results (1) The positive expression and staining intensity of VASH1 pro-tein in the OSCC tissue showed an increasing trend with the decreasing of the tissue differentiation degree (P<0.05). The expression of VASH1 in moderately and poorly differentiated OSCC was significantly higher than that in OLK (P<0.05). (2) The expression of VASH1 in OLK was significantly higher in that in normal oral mucosa (NOM) and OLP (P<0.05). (3) The expression of VASH1 in OLP and NOM showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). (4) The expression of VASH1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma with lymph node metastsis group was significant-ly higher than that without lymph node metastasis group (P<0.05). Conclusion VASH1 protein may be related to the occurrence of OSCC, development and metastasis.
