抗吡虫啉七星瓢虫对蚜虫捕食的功能性反应

             

摘要

为了解室内饲养的抗吡虫啉七星瓢虫(Coccinella septem punstata L.)对蚜虫的捕食能力,将室内饲养的第13代七星瓢虫抗性品系各龄幼虫及雌雄成虫对豆蚜(Aphis craccivora Koch)的捕食能力进行了室内测定,并与敏感品系比较.结果表明:七星瓢虫抗性品系各虫态对蚕豆蚜的功能反应均属HollingⅡ型模型;1、2龄低龄幼虫的捕食量受一定的影响,3龄幼虫的捕食量影响不显著,4龄幼虫、雌雄成虫的捕食量受猎物密度的影响,在猎物密度较低时,捕食量与敏感品系间差异不显著,而随着猎物密度的逐渐增加,抗性品系七星瓢虫对猎物的控制能力不及敏感品系,两者间出现显著差异.结论:抗吡虫啉的七星瓢虫对猎物的控制作用有一定程度的减弱.%In order to explore the predation of imidacloprid-resistant C. septempunstata to A. craceivora, the functional response of the 13th genetation of the resistant strain and the susceptible strain to A. craceivora feeding on Vicia faba were conducted under laboratory conditions respectively, and the two strains were compared, too. The results showed that all stages of the two strains of C. septempunctata showed a functional response of Holling II model. There was a distinct impact on the predacious numbers of 1st and 2nd instar larva of the resistant strain. For the predacious number of 3rd instar larva was not significantly influenced, the predacious number of 4th instar larva and male adults and female adults of the resistant strain had something with the density of preys. When the density of preys was low, difference of the predacious number between the two groups was insignificant. And the predacious number of the resistant strain was less than that of the susceptible strain along with prey density increasing, and the divergence would be striking. Conclusion; Resistance to imidacloprid has a certain negetive influence on the predation of the lady beetle.
