黑膜覆盖栽培对苦玄参产量及经济效益的影响

摘要

To provide a reference for the high yield and high quality of P.fel-terrae,A field experiment was carried out to study the effects of black film covering cultivation on the yield,disease and insect damage rate,weed damage rate,Piefeltarraenin IA and economic benefit of P.fel-terrae.The results showed that compared with open cultivation,the transplanting survival time was significantly shortened by 4 d,the survival rate,stalk diameter,leaf length,leaf width,leaf length/ leaf width and plant height were significantly increased by 13.25％,26.09％,16.24％,7.54％,7.63％ and 44.89％,respectively; The weed damage rate and disease and insect damage rate were significantly decreased by 92.53％ and 68.53％,respectively; the yield,Piefeltarraenin IA,output value and net profit were significantly increased by 77.54％,25.00％,77.54％ and 183.27％.Thus it could be seen that black film covering cultivation was a high-yielding and high-efficient cultivation pattern of P.fel-terrae.%为了给苦玄参的高产优质栽培提供参考,采用田间试验,研究黑膜覆盖栽培对苦玄参产量、病、虫、草害和苦玄参苷IA及经济效益的影响.结果表明:黑膜覆盖与露地栽培(CK)相比,移栽成活时间缩短4d,成活率、茎径、叶长、叶宽、叶长/叶宽比和株高分别提高13.25％、26.09％、16.24％、7.54％、7.63％和44.89％；杂草和病虫害分别降低92.53％和68.53％；产量、苦玄参苷IA、产值及净利润分别提高77.54％、25.00％、77.54％和183.27％.黑膜覆盖栽培是苦玄参高产高效栽培的较佳模式.
