干旱胁迫对3种藤本植物抗旱生理特性的影响

     

摘要

Natural moisture content,relative moisture content,cell membrane permeability,soluble sugar content and proline content of Passionfora edulis,Fructus trichosanthis and Pueraria lobata were studied under simulated drought stress to provide a scientific reference for configuration of optimum plants in the comprehensive treatment of karst rocky desertification areas.The results showed that cell membrane permeability,soluble sugar content and proline content were increased significantly with severity of drought stress except natural moisture content and relative moisture content.In these lianas,drought resistance of P.edulis is the strongest,drought resistance of F.Trichosanthis is the weakest by analysis of membership function.%为了给喀斯特石漠化地区的综合治理配置适宜植物提供科学依据,以黔南喀斯特石漠化地区生长的西番莲、葛藤和瓜蒌3种藤本植物的扦插苗为试验材料,在人工模拟干旱胁迫条件下,测定西番莲、瓜蒌和葛藤叶片的自然含水量、相对含水量、细胞质膜透性、可溶性总糖含量及脯氨酸含量.结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,除自然含水量和相对含水量下降外,细胞质膜透性、可溶性总糖含量以及脯氨酸含量均显著增加.在3种藤本植物中,以西番莲的抗旱性最强,瓜蒌最弱.
