反相高效液相色谱法测定玉米须中绿原酸和芦丁的含量

摘要

The content of chlorogenic acid and rutin in corn silk was simultaneously determined by RPHPLC to explore its measuring method.The results showed that the linear range was 0.144～0.864μg (r =0.9994) for chlorogenic acid and 0.281～1.686μg(r =0.9992)for rutin,the average recoveries (n =5) of chlorogenic acid and rutin were 100.8％ and 98.6％,respectively.The method is rapid,accurate with good reproducibility,which can be applied in simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and rutin in corn silk.%为探讨玉米须中绿原酸和芦丁含量的测定方法,采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定玉米须中绿原酸和芦丁的含量.结果表明:绿原酸、芦丁进样量分别在0.144～0.864μg(r=0.9994)和0.281～1.686μg(r=0.9992)与峰面积呈良好线性关系；平均加标回收率分别为100.8％(n=5)和98.6％(n=5).该方法快速、准确,重现性好,可用于玉米须中绿原酸和芦丁的检测.
