地方政府促进新型职业农民培育的思路与对策

摘要

新型职业农民是我国发展现代农业重要的人力资源支撑,培育新型职业农民是我国农业现代化和全面建设小康社会的必然战略选择,更是当前“三农”工作的重中之重.阐述新型职业农民的概念和特征,论述现阶段加快新型职业农民培育的现实意义,提出了地方政府促进新型职业农民培育的思路与对策.%The new professional farmers are an important human resource support for our modern agricultural development,cultivating the new professional farmers is an inevitable strategic choice for our agricultural modernization and building a moderately prosperous society,and also is the most important task of the“Sannong”.The authors describe the concepts and features of the new professional farmers,discuss the practical significance of speeding up cultivating new professional farmers in this stage,and propose the ideas and measures of promoting the new professional farmers' cultivation for local governments.
