贵州烟草病毒病的主要种类及分布特点

In order to know species and distributive characteristics of main tobacco virus diseases in Guizhou,330 samples from 15 tobacco planting areas were detected by TC-RT-PCR.The results showed that there were 1 2 kinds of tobacco virus disease in Guizhou,the main tobacco virus diseases were TMV, CMV ,PVY,TSV and TEV. They widely distributed, TMV and PVY almost distributed in all of Guizhou,CMV was mainly distributed in Guiding,Panxian,Shuicheng,Dafang,Jingkou and Shibing;TEV was mainly distributed in Guiding,Panxian,Weining,Qinglong,Pingba and Dafang;TSV was mainly distributed in Guiding,Pingba,Weining,Shuicheng and Qinglong.The most species virus diseases were distributed in Guiding,Pingba and Weining,there were six kinds of viruses in every place.%为弄清贵州主要烟草病毒病种类及分布情况，采用 TC-RT-PCR检测方法，对从贵州五大烟区15个采样点采集的330份烟草病毒样品进行了检测。结果表明：贵州有烟草病毒病12种，分别为烟草普通花叶病毒病（TMV）、黄瓜花叶病毒病（CMV）、马铃薯 Y病毒病（PVY）、马铃薯 X病毒病（PVX）、烟草线条病毒病（TEV）、烟草蚀纹病毒病（TSV）、烟草脆裂病毒病（TRV）、烟草环斑病毒病（TRSV）、烟草曲叶病毒病（TLCV）、烟草轻绿花叶病毒病（TMGMV）、番茄斑萎病毒病（ToSWV）和烟草脉带花叶病毒病（TVB-MV）。TMV和PVY几乎分布于所有的烟草种植区；CMV、TEV和TSV在5个县以上均有分布；而贵定、平坝和威宁县分布的病毒病种类较多，各分布有6种。
