藤茶二氢杨梅素对鸡内脏器官及小肠消化酶活性的影响

     

摘要

To provide a reference basis for reasonable development and utilization of A.grossedentata resource and its application in aquaculture production,0.025%,0.05% and 0.1% dihydromyricetin (DMY)extracted from A.grossedentata were added into the basal diets of Yaoshan chickens,conducted the test of effect of DMY on 40 day old healthy Yaoshan chickens’visceral organ index and digestive enzymes activity.Results:Supplementation of DMY in basal diets have a certain effect on the visceral organ weight,organ index,the length and digestive enzyme activity of small intestine of chickens.Among them,0.05% DMY is the most appropriate to add.Compare with the control group (without DMY),0. 05% DMY can reduce lung weight and index (P >0.05),significantly reduce the liver weight (P <0.05), very significantly reduce stomach weight and stomach index (P <0.01),increase the activity of amylase in small intestine (P >0.05),significantly increase the length and activity of protease in small intestine (P <0.05).Supplementation of 0.05% DMY can reduce the visceral organ weight and organ index,enhance gastrointestinal digestion and absorption capacity,improve feed utilization rate and promote the growth of chickens.%为藤茶资源的合理开发利用以及其在养殖生产中的应用提供科学依据,在贵州瑶山鸡基础日粮中添加0.025%、0.05%和0.1%的二氢杨梅素(藤茶中提取),研究二氢杨梅素对40日龄贵州瑶山鸡内脏器官及小肠消化酶活性的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加藤茶二氢杨梅素对鸡心、肺、肝和胃的质量和指数,以及小肠长度及消化酶活性均有一定影响。其中,以添加藤茶二氢杨梅素0.05%最为适宜,与对照组(不添加二氢杨梅素)相比,能降低肺质量及指数(P >0.05),显著降低肝脏质量(P <0.05),极显著降低胃质量及指数(P <0.01),增加小肠淀粉酶活力(P >0.05),显著增加小肠长度和蛋白酶活力(P <0.05)。添加0.05%的藤茶二氢杨梅素可降低贵州瑶山鸡的内脏器官质量及指数,增强消化道的消化、吸收能力,从而提高饲料利用率,促进鸡的生长。
