土壤水分调控对烤烟根系、植株形态及生理特性的影响

     

摘要

为探明土壤水分调控对烤烟根系、植株形态及生理特性的影响,指导制定烤烟优质适产土壤水分管理措施,采用盆栽方式,在宜宾烟区进行烤烟生长期土壤不同水分调控试验,分析不同土壤含水量处理烤烟的根系生长、植株形态建成及生理特性变化.结果表明,土壤含水量为20%时,烟株根系发育较差,生长缓慢,植株矮小,不易落黄;土壤含水量为80%时,根系活力受阻,烟株贪青晚熟等;而保持土壤相对含水量在50%时,根系体积增长迅速,干物质积累量大,根系活力强;有利于烤烟各项生理活动进行,从而获得良好的生产效益.%In order to explore the effects of soil moisture regulation on flue-cured tobacco root system, plant morphology and physiological characteristics, and guide the formulation of soil moisture management measures of high-quality flue-cured tobacco with moderate yield, a pot experiment was conducted in Yibin tobacco-growing area to analyze the variations of root growth, plant morphology and physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco with different soil moisture content.Results: When soil moisture content was 20%, the flue-cured tobacco root system developed worse, grew slowly, and the plant was short and difficult in yellowing;When the soil moisture content was 80%, the root activity was inhibited, and the plants were of unfavorable-delayed senescence;However, when the soil moisture content was 50%, the root volume increased rapidly with large accumulation amount of dry matter and strong root activity, which was beneficial for the processing of various physiological activities, thus to obtain goodproductive benefits.
