In this paper, use the basic idea of the project oriented curriculum design, combining with course characteristics and practice, design and decomposition course project carrier, and professional competence training as the goal to explore the development path of human resources management courses.%本文运用项目化课程设计的基本理念，结合课程特点和实践，设计与分解课程项目载体，以职业能力培养为目标探讨人力资源管理课程发展路径。
