孔子作为我国古代伟大的教育家和思想家，他的教育思想不仅对我国古代教育的发展产生了深远影响，而且对今天教育同样具有重要意义。其中教师观是孔子教育思想的重要组成部分。本文以《论语》为突破口，探讨孔子教师素质观的主要内容，挖掘其当代价值。%Confucius as a great educator in ancient China and thinker, he thought not only to the development of education in ancient China had a profound impact on education, and education for today's equally important.
