职业技能标准与高等职业教育课程及项目的系统设置--谈电子行业岗位职业技能标准的形成与项目化教学的配套

This article from the National Occupational Skills Standard status, combining our current context of rapidly chan-ging technology and the economy, lack of pre-post analysis of occupational skills standards, and improved initiatives. And electronic technology industry, for example, to develop a professional career to lead the education and can adapt to meet the needs of industries and enterprises in real job occupational skills standards, re-set curriculum system and teaching projects under the guidance of these standards, so that vocational education the curriculum and teaching programs to target the actual job requirements, to achieve the effect of improved teaching.%本文从国家职业技能标准的现况入手，结合我国目前科技与经济日新月异的背景，分析了前期的岗位职业技能标准的不足，提出了改进的举措。并以电子技术应用行业为例，制定出能够引领该专业的职业教育适应且能满足行业企业真实需要的岗位职业技能标准，在这些标准的指引下重新设置专业课程体系及教学项目，使职业教育的课程与教学项目能够瞄准实际工作岗位的需求，达到教学效果的改观。
