HPLC法测定“化腐生肤”渗滤液中β，β-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁的含量

摘要

Objective To develop a RP-HPLC method to determinat the content of leachate β, β-dimethylacrylalkannin in Huafushengfu,and provide the basis for the development of quality standards. Methods The coulmn was Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6mm, 5μm);the mobile phase was acetonitrile-formic acid(78∶22); the flow-rate was set at 1.0 mL/min;the detection wevelength was 275nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results β, β-dimethylacrylalkannin had good linearity in the range of 0.0276~0.1935mg/mL(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 95%~105%. The RSD was 2.223 %.The content of leachate β, β-dimethylacrylalkannin in " Huafushengfu was 0.3866 mg/mL. Conclusion This method is rapid,simple and sensitive,and it can be using as the quality control of Huafushengfu.%目的： 建立用高效液相色谱法测定“化腐生肤”渗滤液中β，β-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁的含量，为其制定质量标准提供依据。方法 色谱柱为Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-甲酸水（78∶22），流速为1.0mL/min，检测波长为275nm，柱温30℃。结果 β，β-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁在0.0276～0.1935mg/mL范围内线性良好（r=0.9998），平均回收率均在95%～105%，RSD为2.223%，“化腐生肤” 渗滤液中β，β-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁含量为0.3866 mg/mL。结论 该方法准确，简便灵敏，可用于“化腐生肤” 渗滤液的质量控制。
