Medpor骨板在眼眶爆裂性骨折修复术中的应用

摘要

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of orbital reconstruction combined with Medpor implantation in the surgical treatment for orbital blow-out fractures. Methods A total of 28 patients(28 eyes)with orbital blow-out fractures were treated surgically using .For medial orbital wall fractures Medpor implantation. Results In the postoperative follow-up afte 3 months-3 years, in all, there are 12 patients with orbital medial fracture, 6 patients with orbital floor fracture and 10 patients with orbital medial and floor fracture, 19 eyes recovered after operations (70%), 9 patients had improved obviously (30%). Conclusion It is satisfactory and security for the usage of Medpor to repair orbital blow-out fractures.%　　目的探讨应用Medpor骨板修复眼眶爆裂性骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法应用Medpor骨板作为充填材料施眼眶爆裂性骨折修复术28例，术后观察3个月~3年。结果28例眼眶爆裂性骨折患者，其中单纯眶内壁骨折12例，单纯眶下壁骨折6例，眶内壁及下壁复合骨折10例。手术治愈19例（70%），好转9例（30%）。结论应用Medpor骨板作为充填材料治疗眼眶爆裂性骨折临床效果满意，安全可靠。
