散纱布填塞包扎法在整形外科中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore improvement of traditional compression bandaging for the three-stage operation or hircismus radical operation.Methods Selected patients with operating special surgical site such as aural reconstruction and hircismus from plastic surgery in the fifth affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university, using sterile gauze to stuff the whole wounds with the appropriate pressure, observing healing effect.Results 212 patients were used scattered gauze for stuffing bandage, except for 3 cases had poor healing of the incision, others had no hematoma and obvious scar, and the wound heal at stageⅠ.Conlusion The sterile gauze compression bandaging has a good effect on subcutaneous lacuna of surgery and special surgical site in plastic surgery, which can promote the healing of injured tissue.%目的：探讨整形外科中耳再造三期手术及腋臭根治术等术后包扎方法的改进。方法选择郑州大学第五附属医院整形外科全耳再造术及腋臭根治术等特殊手术部位患者，对术后存在皮下腔隙，用无菌散纱布以适当压力均匀填塞，观察创面愈合效果。结果212例采用散纱布填塞包扎法，除3例形成皮下缝合切口破溃或者皮下血肿，其余均无血肿及明显瘢痕发生，达到Ⅰ期愈合。结论散纱布填塞包扎法在整形外科存在皮下腔隙的手术及特殊部位手术术后组织的愈合有着良好的效果。
