吲哚衍生物改性的碳纳米管铜离子荧光传感器

         

摘要

用吲哚衍生物 (INDOLE) 共价修饰在碳纳米管的表面获得了一种高效的荧光检测器, 并通过红外光谱和热重分析对其表征.研究了常见金属离子Zn2+, Cd2+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+和Cu2+对吲哚衍生物共价修饰的碳纳米管 (MWNTs-INDOLE) 荧光光谱的影响, 通过荧光测试表明MWNTs-INDOLE对铜离子具有荧光选择性, 并且随着铜离子浓度的增加荧光强度逐渐减弱, 加入1×10-5mol/L的Cu2+, MWNTs-INDOLE的荧光被淬灭50%.%A highly fluorescent material ( MWNTs-INDOLE) was synthesized by carbon nanotube-based indole derivative, and characterized by FTIR and TGA. The characterization data indicated that the organic ligand was successfully grafted on the surface of the carbon nanotube. This material showed excellent selective for the Cu2+ ion over other cations, such as Zn2+, Cd2+, Mg2+, Ca2+ and Ni2+. The fluorescence intensity decreased with the increase of the concentration of Cu2+ ion. Moreover, the fluorescence intensity quenched to 50% when 1×10-5mol/L of Cu2+ was added.
