大颗粒尿素流化床造粒装置试生产事故分析

摘要

The production accident of large granular urea plant by fluidized bed granulation was introduced.In the process of trial production,the cause of the accident was analyzed in detail.According to process principle of fluidized bed granulation technology,the corresponding countermeasures and solutions were proposed,with the trial production experience of the plant.%介绍了我厂大颗粒尿素流化床造粒装置,在开车试生产过程中遇到的主要工艺事故,并依据流化床造粒的工艺原理,详细分析了事故成因,然后结合我厂试生产经验,提出了相应的对策措施和解决方案。
