氨基酚类化合物与金属离子配位后在催化、生物活性和功能材料方面有着广泛的应用。利用曼尼希反应,以水为溶剂,2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、甲醛和不同类型的胺类化合物为原料高产率的合成了一系列新的对称性氨基苯酚类化合物。经核磁确认了最终化合物结构,该合成路线起始原料便宜,改进后的工艺操作简单,适合大批量生产。%After coordinated with metal ions, aminobenzylphenol had wide applications in catalysis, biological activity and functional materials. A series of new aminobenzylphenol were synthesized with moderate yield through Mannich reaction, which using water as solvent, 2, 4-ditert-butylphenol, formaldehyde and various types of amine compounds as raw materials. The improved procedure had the advantage of low costing of starting material and convenient simple route, which was suitable for large scale of production.
