苯胺及其衍生物的气相色谱分析方法研究

         

摘要

建立了气相色谱法对苯胺及其五种衍生物进行分离与同时测定的方法。最佳色谱分离条件如下: HP-5MS空心毛细管柱(30 m ×0.32 mm ×0.25μm);程序升温方式:初始温度70℃,以20℃/min升至150℃,保持1 min;以氮气为载气,流速为5.0 mL/min;尾吹气(氮气)流速为30 mL/min;氢气流速为35 mL/min;空气流速为400 mL/min;不分流进样,进样量为1μL;进样口温度为260℃,检测器温度为320℃。在最佳实验条件下,六种组分在4 min内全部出峰,达到较好的分离,实现对组分的分离与同时检测。%The new capillary gas chromatography method ( GC ) was established to separate and detect aniline and five kinds of derivatives. According to the research on influence of column type, column temperature, carrier gas flow rate, injection volume, detector temperature and injector temperature, the optimal chromatographic conditions for the separation and detection were obtained that the HP-5MS column (30 m × 0. 32 mm × 0. 25μm) was used for separation and the temperature program was from 70 ℃, to 150 ℃ ( maintaining 1 min) in 25 ℃/min. Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas (5. 0 mL/min) and make-up gas (30 mL/min) , the hydrogen flow rate was 35 mL/min and the air flow rate was 400 mL/min. The injector types were splitless sampling and the injection volume was 1 μL. The injector temperature was 260 ℃, and FID detector temperature was 320 ℃. On the optimal chromatographic conditions, the calibration curves had good linearities and wide linear ranges. The six aromatic amines could be well separated and simultaneously detected in 4 min, and the established method was appropriate for the detection and analysis of aromatic amine.
