喷射器在硫磺氧表中的变通设计与应用

摘要

The four sulfur oxygen analyzer applications in the incinerator and the problem in oxygen analyzer preconditioning deposit were introduced.The structure and the role of the injector were detailed , by varying the mounting position of the ejector , the suction power by instrument air instead of steam to solve the problem with a lot of water in the sample , which greatly reduced the load on the pretreatment increased the instrument measured reliability to achieve purposes of savings in manpower costs , lower equipment costs , and control optimization.%主要介绍了四硫磺氧气分析仪在焚烧炉上的应用价值，氧气分析仪预处理存在的问题，并且详细介绍喷射器的结构及其作用，通过喷射器安装位置的改变，抽吸动力由蒸汽改为仪表风，解决了样品中带有大量水的问题，极大的减小了预处理的负荷，增加了仪器测量的可靠性，从而达到节省人力成本、降低设备成本、优化控制的目的。
