气相色谱法测定酚醛树脂中游离酚含量方法的研究

摘要

建立了一种改进酚醛树脂游离酚含量的气相色谱测定方法。采用E-30毛细管柱（30 m ×0.25 mm ×0.25μm）；柱温：140℃；气化室温度：205℃；检测器温度：210℃；载气流速：50 mL/min；氢气流速：30 mL/min；空气流速：300 mL/min；分流比45：1。结果显示酚醛树脂游离酚含量的线性范围是0.08～0.8 mg/mL，检出限是0.0035 mg/mL。改进的酚醛树脂游离酚含量色谱检测方法耗时短、灵敏度高。%A modified detection method of free phenol contents of phenolic resin was introduced that capillary column was 30 m ×0.25 mm ×0.25 mm, column temperature was 140 ℃; gasify room temperature was 205 ℃, detectort emperature was 210 ℃, flow rate of carrier gas of 50 mL/min, flow rate of hydrogen of 30 mL/min, flow rate of air was 300 mL/min, and split ratio was 45:1.The result showed that linear range of free phenol contents of phenolic resin was 0.08~0.8 mg/ml and detection limit was 0.003 5 mg/ml.The modified detection method of free phenol contents of phenolic resin took less detection time and was more sensitive.
