硫酸氢钠催化合成乙酸苯甲酯动力学研究

     

摘要

With sodium bisulfate as catalyst , acetic acid and benzyl alcohol as raw material , catalytic synthesis of benzyl acetate in batch reactor and the dynamics equation was studied.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows the molar ratio of acid and benzyl alcohol was 1:2, the temperature was 60 ℃, and the amount of catalyst was 1.4 g.Under this condition , the yield of benzyl acetate was the highest.In the range of this experiment , the kinetic parameters were that the obtained pre -exponential factor k 0 in the kinetic equation was 45.604 kmol -1 · L· min-1 and the activation energy Ea was 26 329.6066 J· mol -1 , and the kinetic equation was -rA=f(w)k0e-Ea/RT(CACB -CDCW/K)=(0.0045x+0.036) ×45604 ×e-26329.6066/RT ×(CACB -CDCW/1.499).%以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,乙酸和苯甲醇为反应物来合成乙酸苯甲酯,研究了动力学方程。实验结果表明:当酸醇比为1:2,温度为60℃,催化剂用量为1.4 g时,乙酸的浓度变化最大,即该反应条件下乙酸苯甲酯的产率最高。在实验范围内该反应活化能: Ea=3166.9R=3166.9×8.314=26329.6066 J· mol -1,指前因子k0=45.604 kmol -1· L· min-1,动力学方程为:-rA =f(w)k0 e-Ea/RT(CACB -CD CW/K)=(0.0045x+0.036)×45604 e-26329.6066/RT ×(CACB -CD CW/1.499)。
