使用标准物质进行实验室质量控制的必要性探讨

The excellent characteristics of standard material were widely used in laboratory quality management .From the standard substance in the selection of the analytical method , the test process accuracy control , the new instrument verification and the instrument during the verification , validation of new methods , laboratory technology , arbitration and other aspects of the experimental verification , standard material in the laboratory quality control was necessary , which provided reference for laboratory to correct equipped with standard material.%标准物质的优良特性被广泛地应用在实验室质量管理中。本文重点从标准物质在分析方法的选择、测试过程的准确度控制、新仪器的验证和在用仪器的期间核查、新方法的验证、实验室技术校核、实验仲裁等方面的应用探讨标准物质在实验室质量控制中的必要性，给实验室合理地正确配备标准物质提供参考。
